Is there a handbook that might list the diffusion coefficients for
hydrogen/deuterium through various metals? Where is such information
generally found?

Suggestion only
Try "Intentionally Confusing Tables" otherwise know as the
"International Critical Tables" published by McGrawHill (some time ago)
