Hi,
Can anybody tell me who in Europe I could contact to get biodisel
licence...Say I would like to start production of biodisel so I wonder who
to contact to buy the licenced plant ?

The Ministry of the Environment in your country and the Ministry of
Energy would be good starting points

hmm... maybe vendors of biodiesel equipment and an engineering firm
(you don't want your plant to blow away in a strong wind - have a
registered civil engineer stamp your drawings.) Also... the bank and
maybe some rich investors.
