Hello!
I need to redistribute n "spheres" between k "spheres", where k is the
parameter of B-Tree.
In order to do so without N^2 calculations, I've thought about some
statistical test (or other test)
which would give the answer whether there are such local concentrations or
not, but I don't have
a clue which test would be able to do that.
Searching google gived a tremendous amount of answers to 'local
concentration detection' but none of (first hundred) is of my interest.

Could you help??
