Hi to all, it´s possible to upload the program and configuration of a
Siemens PLC without a project of step 7 ?

yes... create a new project with "the new project wizzard" with cpu |
reference of the the cpu you want to upload then add all system
function. after this you have an empty project with all function of your
cpu.
After open online connection select all bloc c"copy" and paste in your
blanck project. that's all.
if it is not clear i'll explain it again...
