It looks like most studies of JND are concerned with intensity
(amplitude). How many milliseconds is considered the Just Noticeable
Difference in terms of duration? Consider the vowels of human
languages. What is the minimum temporal difference that a normal human
ear can detect?

Well, I believe that many factors may play a role in detecting the
minimum duration difference in human languages (e.g., phonemic
segmental context, consonant, vowel, voiced, voiceless, etc.). But
what about non-sense sounds within 50Hz to 500Hz in terms of pure
physics?
