Why dont you apply Q = mc(t1-t2) separately to the two gas component
and to the coolant which is absorbing the heat.
simple energy balance withrout heat generation
heat removed = heat absorbed
Q = (m1c1+m2c2) x (t1 - t2)
where t1 is the initial temperature and t2 is the final temperature of
the gas.
m,c are respective mass and heat capacity of the gas.

Hi all,
I have to calculate the quantity of heat to be removed from a gas
mixture (2 components) necessary to decrease its temperature from say
100 to 80 °C.
Somebody can suggest me the necessary steps to do it?

Thank you
