My collaborators and I are currently conducting some research into reasoning strategies that are adopted by students and research staff from various different academic disciplines.

We're hoping you will be happy to participate in a short web-based reasoning experiment. It should only take a few minutes of your time. Responses are entirely anonymous, and I am happy to send details of the experimental results if you request to see them.

If you are a research active mathematician and would like to take part, please go to:

Your assistance is much appreciated,

Best regards

It seems that the experiment is now over. Or maybe it never existed in
the first place.

Hello,

Thank you for your interest, but the experiment is indeed over. After a couple of days there seemed to be few extra people participating, so I removed the experiment and began the data analysis.

Thank you very much to all who took the time to participate,

Best regards
