shows how a cube within the Galaxy Model orbital
pattern hits all eight crossover points of the
orbitals with its corners.

shows how the orbitals can connect at all eight
corners.
A cubic packing animation is probably do-able
with what I have on hand.
The cool thing is that when
you share the orbital from both ends, you
get this nice path:
