Given a code with check matrix H, show that the coset with syndrome s
contains a vector of weight w if and only if some linear combination of
w columns of H equals s.

I'm not really sure how to prove this. I can't figure out how to use
the "w" properly when dealing with syndromes and the parity check
matrix.
