Maxwell's equations, properly manipulated, lead to equations predicting and
quantifying radiation. The operative parameter in these equations is
Displacement Current -- a parameter that APPEARS to cause an H field.

But Maxwell's equations depend on action at a distance -- a "no no."

Using Lorentz concepts, it is straightforward to express H without the use
of Displacement Current. This deals with the actiion at a distance problem.

BUT I have been unsuccessful in finding a Lorentzian expression for
