What would you consider a minimum order? Say for tooling and production? And

what is the best shipping from your factory to a port in the US?

I do not have any real prospects at this time, but could put you in touch
with a manufacturer's rep who may be able to help you on a commission basis.

How competitive are you to established Chinese manufacturers?

I had a look at your new site. Good idea.

Not trying to be picky, but under Matertials-Nylon you probably ought to
indicate that the properties mentioned refer to PA6, based on the melting
point. There exist numerous different polyamides. The maximum temperature of
99 degr.C is not correct and ought to be 180-200 degr.C. Air intake
manifolds are commercially used under such conditions! Since you mention
Wallace Carothers (DuPont): he actually invented Nylon PA66, whereas it was
BASF who invented Perlon PA6. Today all polyamides are called Nylons.
