Hi,

I have grown a dendrite in salt water. As expected the anode became green,
copper chlorate (C571 - CRC). The green copper chlorate produced a
diffused-like flow toward the cathode, very slowly.
When the dendrite started to grow from the anode it was attraced to the
green copper chlorate. Why would this be? Is this because of a copper
chlorate complex (ion). If the copper chlorate was in ionic for then it
would be attached to one of the anodes!

I have saved an image on the web, you can follow the link if you wish?
