Is there any software out there that will do this? I've tried graphviz.
Are there any others, preferrably something in flash that could be limited
to specific size (graphviz output can get very wide)

(1) If you want a static graph, you can draw it and post it as a .GIF
or a .JPG, or .BMP, or ...

(2) Use the new HTML command:

<digraph>...</digraph>

(3) In 1999, Petr Hlineny wrote up an interactive webpage (in Java?)
which enabled the user to enter a directed graph. (When a certain
button was pressed, my polynomial-time algorithm to find a directed
cycle of even length was activated, and it was drawn.)

I can't seem to find this page any more. You can e-mail Petr; his
webpage is http://www.mcs.vuw.ac.nz/~hlineny/ .
