what is the purpose of adding Barium nitrate solid?

what effect would the presence of 1M ammonia have on the above
titration?Be specific in your answer.

Are you sooooo stupid that you don't think we would recognize that
you copied your exam question directly from the exam paper into your
posting?

You don't deserve the answer, you don't even deserve a hint. You
deserve to be a chemist even less than that. Maybe you should have
actually bought the textbook after all. You might find it useful at
this point in the semester.
