I have a digital camera that can use lithium CRV3 and wonder what
maximum cell voltage it might accept (it ought to accept the maximum
one can get from a new lithium CRV3). I want to know this just to able
to decide if I can safely use a Li-Ion RCRV3. Different brands seems
to use different methods to reduce the cell voltage to 3V with varying
success. Forums at dpreview.com gives the impression
that the voltage of RCRV3 can reach 3.7-3.9V - the question is if I
can assume a camera designed for lithium CRV3 can handle this.

My camera has a high cutoff voltage and doesn't work very well with
NiMh, but I rather have it as it is if the alternative is to fry it
with too high
voltage...
