I'm in conversation with a creationist. In asking her where all the water
went after the flood I surmised that seeing as there was no land above the
water then Everest should have been covered. This gives a minimum depth
above mean sea level of five miles. What is the volume of this extra water?
How do you work out the volume of a section of a sphere?

Volume of the larger sphere minus the volume
of the smaller.
