USA and Canada open for work?

Bush: The borders with Canada will not open.
Europe has united, the USA does not need to Unite.

You don't need to get so nervous mr. Bush. It doesn't?

Bush: No, it DOESN'T! (his eyes crossed as if he needs to go pee pee)

Maybe in five minutes it can open?

Bush: MAYBE!
