plz solve this math puzzle

Two persons were talking themselves with out knowing that that tower
clock is set one hour back coz of the summer days.
Person A; when shall we meet again?
Person B: it takes 10 seconds for the Tower clock to strike one hour so
we shall meet 11 hours after that
Person A: You mean Tower clock has 1 second Interval?
Person B: Yes
Can u find what is time of appointment? [5 marks] |

I think he is pointing out that the change to/from daylight time
doesn't happen in the "summer".

A one second interval between chimes, I suppose. That would mean the
clock strikes eleven, and the meeting would be at ten, though how
you're supposed to factor in the summer time adjustment I have no idea.
Do we want the time of the appointment according to A and B's incorrect
time, or according to the correct local time as shown, presumably, by
the clock? And if they hear the clock chiming eleven then wouldn't they
realise at that point they'd forgotten to adjust their watches? |

Thanks for your effort at clarification, but we ought not to have to
suppose what the problem means. Is a chime a point in time, or
does it have a duration, and if so, how long does a chime last?
Is the interval between two successive chimes the length of time
from the end of one chime to the beginning of the following chime,
or from beginning-of-chime to beginning-of-chime?
And again, what does "that" refer to?
The problem is not worth considering until it is stated in an
understandable way. Does the original poster (whose native
language apparently is not English) himself understand the problem?
It would be nice if someone could figure out what this problem is
and translate it into real English.
