When we pass an electrical current through a Magnet, it would
accelerated and rotate faster. If we do that with existing motor, there
is ceiling which limit the maximum upper rotational speed due to Lenz's
Law. It appears that it is due to the effect of Back EMF, but why does
Back EMF doesn't affect a Magnet in rotation?

When you rotate a Magnet you are working with matter at a certain mechanical
scale and here, seemingly trying to pupport impossible results.
At a different scale you would get Back EMF off the individual molecules that
go
into constructing the magnet.
