Yes, it makes much more sense. I suggest reforming the imperative
construction too.

I will feel the punch of my failure, with the world that I
betrayed.
And as I watch, I will begin to understand what truth is.
I have not defined truth, but I will feel it.
It will shred I and all that I know. |
