Help with Boolean Algebra Questions!!!

i need help simplifying this expresion:

(x+y)([x][z] + z)([[y] + xz])

[ ]= means that theres a bar on top of the variable

[[y] + xz] = means that there is a bar over the y and another bar on top of the whole expression (y +xz).

Sorry for the confusion I'm really bad at explaining math equations and if you have any questions please ask me

also im new to boolean algebra and i have no idea how to do this
