Hello,
I became aware of a clothes Robot developed in Japan that helps the old ones
or somebody with locomotion difficulty. The clothes after having dressed
raisin to produce great forks in the people's articulations starting from
small incentives of the person's own body. My curiosity was larger in to
know which would be the base of energy. Electric or Hydraulics.

If somebody can help myself to know that wonderful project, I thank.

In general...
Electric is good for high speeds, light loads, and short strokes.
Pneumatic is good for high speeds, low accuracy, and medium
speeds. Hydraulics is good for low speeds, medium accuracy, and
heavy loads. Any of these three can be made to cover each
other's territory.

I'd expect that a pneumatic system would be simplist/cheapest for
a hobbyist.
