1. What in the world is a Chi-squared Distribution? I looked it up on
the internet and still do not have a clue. |

A Chi-squared distribution is used in statistical analysis.
Statisticians have what they call a "goodness of fit" test. Basically,
this is a test that compares observed frequencies of some phenomenon
with the theoretically predicted frequencies.
A Chi Square distribution can be used to test whether or not the
differences between observed frequencies and predicted frequencies are
small enough to be due to chance.
